Low carb chai pumpkin latte with added protein

I love chai latte, and in the fall, I enjoy the change of pace of a pumpkin spice latte.
Unfortunately, they tend to be high in sugar, and since I'm limiting carbs and prioritizing protein, I made a recipe that I can enjoy fully and stay true to my health goals.
Adapt as you want and enjoy this fall treat.
Ingredients
1/2 cup chai
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 dropper of vanilla stevia, click the link for my favorite brand: https://amzn.to/4ozVnLG
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice blend
1/3 tsp vanilla
2-3 tbs oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt
Brew the tea using a Keurig if you have one because you can brew exactly four ounces of tea in the same cup you'll be drinking out of later. Less dishes, Yay!
While that is brewing add the rest of the ingredients into a small saucepan and warm them gently.
When the milk mixture is to desired warmth, add the mixture and the brewed chai to blender.
Test for temperature and taste and adjust if necessary.
Return mixture to the pan to rewarm if necessary, then pour into a mug and top with whipped cream or whipped topping of your choice.
