Gluten Free Sausage Balls Appetizer

This is a quick and easy gluten free recipe that even my non gluten free family members have asked me to make on repeat.
Simply mix 1 box of Red Lobster Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with an 8 ounce block of cream cheese, one pound of sausage of your choice (I like Bob Evans Natural) and 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups of freshly shredded cheddar cheese. There are plenty of recipes that pre-shredded cheese works well with. In this recipe, it's worth the effort to shred your own.
Cook in a preheated 400 degree oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
These sausage balls are even better the next day after a ten second warmup in the microwave.
